At Pujaratanam.in, we take great care in packaging and delivering our products. However, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following condition:

Exchange is applicable only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
Conditions for Exchange

The customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Clear photos or videos of the damaged product must be shared with our support team for verification.

Once the damage is verified, a replacement product will be dispatched.
Non-Exchangeable Cases

No exchange will be provided for reasons such as change of mind, size, color, or personal preference.

Products damaged due to improper use or handling after delivery are not eligible for exchange.
